Donald Fay Hudgins, 80, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018, in Tampa, FL. He was born in Waterloo, Alabama, to Ernest Jewell Hudgins and Annie Lou Thompson Hudgins on February 27, 1938.
Don drove trucks while serving in the military, and then for years afterward. He then became a commercial fisherman along with his wife, Pat. They passed that love of fishing on to their family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pat, and his grandson, David Watson, Jr.
He is survived by his daughters, Gloria (and her husband David) Watson, and Debbie Stanley; grandson, Donald; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; his brother, Daniel; sister, Linda; and many others who loved him dearly.
He will be laid to rest with his beloved wife, Pat, at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. at a later date.
