JoAnne Christine Bishel Sheen (Anne), 69, of Seffner Florida, passed away on March 31st, 2021.

Anne was born in Ohio, on December 23rd, 1951. She is the 13th born of 19 children to her parents Norman and Annabelle. 11 of which she is survived by and 8 of which she is preceded by.

Anne is survived by her spouse of 48 years, David Sheen. David and Anne were married on October 24, 1972. Together they had 5 children – David, Brett, Christy, Michael, and Thomas. She is survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and is preceded by 1 grandchild.

Anne had a green thumb and loved crafting projects for family, motorcycle rides with her husband, and spending time with her grandchildren.

The celebration of her life will take place Monday, April 5th, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at 309 E Old Hillsborough Ave, Seffner Fl 33584.
